PARTY ROOM POLICIES

Cost: $35 an hour (2-hour minimum)

Occupancy: 55 people

Hours:

11-8 Tues-Thurs / 11-10 Fri-Sat / 11-7 Sun

Events: Retirement Parties, Birthdays, Reunions, Trainings, Meetings, Gender Reveal, Baby Shower, Fantasy Football...

• There are no cash/credit card refunds on cancellations. A Barn gift card can be issued if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the reservation date/time.
• We cannot have more than 55 people in the room at one time.
• We have a two-hour minimum requirement that must be met and paid for, otherwise the booking will not be confirmed.
• In order to secure your spot, we require full payment of your reservation.
• We allow at least a 1/2-hour window between bookings for breakdown and set-up. For example, if the party room is booked from 3-5 PM, the next event can't start until 5:30 PM. This gives our staff time to clean and sanitize the room, and gives the previous party time to take down their decorations.
• What you can bring: decorations, party favors, tablecloths, balloons, streamers. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. If glitter or confetti is found on site, a $40.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
• Birthday cakes and cupcakes are allowed.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed on site.

TABLES/CHAIRS

The Barn provides 10 6’x30’’ tables and 48 chairs
